Phillip Allen JP
Phillip commenced in the Finance Industry in 1978. In the early 1980's he established his own General & Life Insurance brokerage. During that time he maintained membership in the Life Underwriters Association (LUA) of Australia and the International Association of Financial Planners. He is currently an Associate Member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia.
Phillip has also been a Branch Manager with G.I.O.- establishing and successfully running their Shellharbour Office for 5 years. He has also been a Branch Manager for St George and Advance Bank, which involved full responsibility for all branch activities, including lending (application to issue of documentation) and account retention.
Phillips' financial planning background and genuine interest in mortgage elimination & wealth creation has allowed him an introduction to some of Australia's foremost Real Estate marketing groups, as their preferred source.
Phillip also helped establish First Pacific Finance and ARG Finance (National Residential Manager)-both Mortgage Originators.
Phillip currently holds a financial planning authority with Financial Planning Services Australia Pty Ltd. Along with fellow director Colin Worthy he has helped hundreds of people secure their future through a balanced approach to investing.

Colin Worthy JP
Colin has over 25 years public service experience including that of Regional Manager for the Department of Social Security (now Centrelink) and has held management positions for over 14 years. Colin’s finance experience in the public service is extensive and includes overseeing all expenditure in the region with a budget of $30 million and managing local office annual salary and running costs budget of $3million. He was also responsible for the implementation and management of the Financial Information Service program for the Wollongong area.
Colin was also treasurer of the Berkeley Sports and Social Club (for 8 years), which is a community based club with an annual turnover of $6 million and responsibilities covered all financial aspects of the clubs operation.
Over the past 14 years both Colin & Phillip have successfully setup & run a large mortgage brokerage, financial planning practice and investment property business.
